| 1. | The promoter is: [Paddington Central I (GP) Limited] of [York House 45 Seymour Street London, W1H 7LX] (the “Promoter”). |
| 2. | The title of the competition is “Test your Cricket Skills and Win”. |
| 3. | The competition will run from 11am on 15 August 2022 (the "Opening Date") to 7pm on 26 August 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. |
| 4. | Enter the competition by registering your details (first name, last name, a nickname, your company name and email address (email address must be a company email address and a Paddington Central occupier) at the Cricket Simulator located canalside / outside Beany Green. Play 3 balls in the Cricket Simulator. Only individuals from companies located at Paddington Central may enter the competition. |
| 5. | Live leader board updates will be accessible via My.paddingtoncentral.com. Registered users of my.paddingtoncentral.com will be able to view the leader board. |
| 6. | The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. |
| 7. |
The Promoter will not accept:
| (a) | responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or |
| (b) | proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition. |

| 8. | By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. |
| 9. | The competition entries will be judged by a panel of two judges (the Batfast Operators), based on the highest number of runs scored across three ball deliveries. The scoring will be scaled based on the speed of the delivery. The higher the speed of ball, the higher the score. The speeds are between 20, 25, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 or 60 miles per hour. The scores are scaled depending on what speed you select for your three deliveries. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final, and the three highest scores will win. |
| 10. | Three winners will be chosen from a company within Paddington Central with the three highest scores on the leader board will be selected from all qualifying entries on Wednesday 1 September 2022. |
| 11. | The Promoter will choose three winners with the highest score from the leader board who must work at a company within Paddington Central and have registered with a company email address. |
| 12. | The three winners with the highest score must be registered as an occupier on My.paddingtoncentral.com. |
| 13. |
The competition is only open to people from companies located at Paddington Central, who must have registered with a company email address and be aged 18 years or over, except:
| (a) | employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; |
| (b) | employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or |
| (c) | members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. |

| 14. | In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. |
| 15. |
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
| (a) | automatically generated by computer; |
| (b) | completed by third parties or in bulk; |
| (c) | illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; |
| (d) | photocopies and not originals; or |
| (e) | incomplete. |

| 16. | There is no limit to the number of entries allowed. |
| 17. | The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. |
| 18. | The prizes are: |
| 18.1 | First prize: £1,000 voucher to a Paddington Central restaurant of choice; |
| 18.2 | Second prize £300 voucher to a Paddington Central restaurant of choice; and |
| 18.3 | Third prize £200 voucher to a Paddington Central restaurant of choice. |
| 19. | Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize. |
| 20. | The prizes are supplied by the chosen restaurant within Paddington Central (the "Supplier"). Terms and conditions of the chosen restaurant apply. |
| 21. | The prize is not negotiable or transferable and restaurant terms and conditions apply. |
| 22. | The winner of the competition will be announced via My.paddingtoncentral.com on 1 September 2022 (Announcement Date). |
| 23. | The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. |
| 24. | The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted. |
| 25. | Please allow 20 days for delivery of the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid. Terms and conditions of the chosen restaurant will apply. |
| 26. | The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. |
| 27. | The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 20 of days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. |
| 28. | The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. |
| 29. | Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. |
| 30. | You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website my.paddingtoncentral.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes. |
| 31. | The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.britishland.com/privacy-notice. |
| 32. | If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. |
| 33. | The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. |
| 34. | These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. |
| 35. | If you choose to opt-in to this activity, Provision Events will store your details and share them with The Promoter solely for the purpose of contacting any competition winners. If at any point you believe the contact information we hold is incorrect, you may request to see this information and have it corrected [or deleted]. |
| 36. | All data collected as part of this activity will be removed following the conclusion of the competition. |

If you are not satisfied with the response or believe either company are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you can contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). |
