Texas Children’s recently became the title sponsor for the Houston Open, a prominent PGA TOUR event, under a five-year agreement beginning in 2024. The partnership was agreed as it aligned with Texas Children's commitment to community health and well-being.
Across the site, Texas Children’s highlighted inspirational patient stories to engage attendees and connect their healthcare mission with the broader community. For example, they shared the journeys of young patients overcoming medical challenges, aligning with the event’s themes of perseverance and achievement. We were asked to create video message capture software so that attendees could record messages of support for patients of the hospital and feel the support of the tournament’s community. These messages were displayed across the event, fostering a sense of community and highlighting Texas Children’s mission of care and connection. This activation aligned with their broader outreach goals, complementing other family-friendly initiatives to deepen engagement with attendees.
