Summary

We were approached by a private developer to visualise a new scheme situated on Sandown seafront on the Isle of Wight. The development consists of luxury apartments, town houses & penthouses. To help illustrate the internal finish of the penthouses, we created a virtual tour showing all proposed elements. Each detail was modelled in 3D and rendered as part of a photo-realistic 360 image. The resulting tour shows the build and exact view from the balcony, seamlessly blending real photography with 3D modelling.
