Summary

When it comes to selling a new build or unfinished property, high-quality computer-generated images (CGIs) are a key aspect of the marketing mix.

Without CGIs, prospective buyers have to rely on their imagination, based on 2D drawings. But with them, buyers can see exactly what the property will, or could, look like when all the work is completed.

For Berkeley, we helped create a suite of visuals for their Filmworks development in Ealing, London to help them sell properties prior to completion. All output is photo-realistic and based on BIM data, so even fixtures and fittings are as per the final build.
