Summary

Savills approached us, on behalf of their client, to fully model an impressive converted barn located in Sevenoaks. Planning permission was granted for the construction of single storey rear extension and conversion of garage including new windows and doors. After liaising with the architect and assessing the plans, we modelled the house along with the proposed glass extension in order to demonstrate the possibilities of the property to perspective buyers.

We also modelled the proposed garage extension, to give a feel of how the final outcome would look should the clients choose to proceed with the plans.
